World Cares Center, In.  will provide the Emotional Resiliency for Disaster Workers and Volunteers train the trainer. This is a two-day training that includes a 6-contact hour classroom training with exercises and role play to reinforce learning followed by a second 4-hour day of teach-backs and training methods. In this follow-on session students take on the role of trainer. Working in teams and individually each student will present a portion of the training, receive guidance and constructive input from the instructor and student peers. 

This is an excellent program that would assist your staff, managers and volunteers in improving the Emotional Resiliency of those they manage, work with and serve.
